01
Scope and responsibility
This policy describes the public Phenovellum website and private clinic workspace. It distinguishes data kept in your browser from information handled by hosting, sign-in and a connected clinic service.
A clinic decides which records it is authorised to use. This policy does not replace the clinic’s patient privacy notice or a separate data-processing agreement.
02
Information and purposes
- Public calculator: age, nine blood biomarker values and units are used in the page to calculate and display your estimate. No upload or patient identifiers are requested.
- Workflow brief: selected role, team size and workflow choices generate a local document. Creating a brief does not send an application.
- Site delivery: hosting and security providers receive ordinary requests, which may include an IP address, browser information, requested path and request time.
- Clinic access: the sign-in service authenticates your account. When clinic identity is connected, a trusted account identifier, email, membership and invitation details support access checks and role assignment.
- Connected clinic service: authorised alias-coded records, age, biological sex, biomarkers, units, source metadata, review decisions, signatures, reports and audit events support the clinic workflow. Billing records are handled only when billing is enabled.
An alias does not guarantee anonymity. Do not enter names, contact details, full laboratory documents or other identifiers in public tools or sample records.
03
Browser storage and retention
The public calculator and brief do not send their inputs to an API or save them in cookies, local storage or a database. Phenovellum’s page code adds no analytics or advertising scripts. Browser autofill and session restoration depend on your browser settings.
The clinic interface may save only your language preference on the device. Hosting and sign-in providers may use their own cookies for sessions, security or usage measurement. Clearing a preference or signing out does not delete a clinic record.
Downloaded briefs, printed estimates and exported reports remain in the copies you retain. You control those copies. Provider logs follow the provider’s policies. Contact the responsible clinic about retention or deletion of clinic records.
05
Requests and your choices
Use Clear to remove current calculator values. Manage downloaded or printed copies and browser-restored data yourself. Change the clinic language selector to update the saved preference.
For a clinic record, contact the responsible clinic through your existing channel to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy, where applicable. The clinic must verify the request and consider record-keeping duties. Account and clinical-record deletion are not self-service actions.
Rights and complaint routes depend on the law that applies to your circumstances. This notice does not limit rights or remedies available under that law.
06
Contact and updates
For privacy questions, contact your workspace owner or inviting clinic administrator through the private channel already used for access.
Do not send health records or invitation codes with a general enquiry.
The date and version identify this notice. We will update it when the service or data handling changes. Publishing a new notice does not record your consent or change a clinic agreement.
