Terms of service — Phenovellum

Service and scope

These terms describe use of the Phenovellum website, free calculator and private clinic workspace. They are available without signing in and do not activate a subscription or replace a separate clinic contract.

The public calculator uses the linked PhenoAge method for information and discussion. Sample reports and example records are illustrative; they are separate from your own results.

Clinical limitations

An estimate is not a diagnosis, an individual risk probability, a measure of organ age or evidence that a treatment works. Do not use it alone to change medication, treatment or other medical decisions. Consult an appropriately qualified clinician.

Input acceptance is a software check, not proof that the model is suitable for a person or medical purpose. Missing values are not inferred. Check each original value, unit and applicable method before relying on a calculation.

Sample records must not be used as clinical records, emergency services or substitutes for professional review. Clinical reports require independent clinician review; the interface does not verify professional credentials.

Accounts and invitations

Use the account approved for the private site. Site access and a clinic invitation are separate approvals. An invitation connects your sign-in to the displayed clinic and role after you review and accept it.

Keep one-time codes and report links private. Do not share accounts or use another person’s invitation. Tell your clinic administrator through the existing private channel if access may be compromised. Payment does not assign clinician permissions.

Your inputs and content

Enter only information you are authorised to use. Do not put patient names, contact details, complete laboratory documents or other identifiers in public tools or sample records. An alias does not guarantee anonymity.

Using the website does not transfer ownership of your inputs or clinic-authored content. You remain responsible for lawful use, accuracy and permitted sharing. See the privacy policy for the distinction between local values, account information and connected clinic records.

Report imagery is illustrative and remains separate from your calculator result. Do not present a sample, draft or unsigned report as an approved clinical document. Third-party publications and brand materials retain their respective rights.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass sign-in, role checks, review requirements or tenant isolation.
Do not access records you are not authorised to view, forge a signature or misrepresent credentials.
Do not interfere with availability, send malicious content or use the service for unlawful activity.

Plans and payments

Clinic prices and report allowances describe the listed plans. Subscriptions are unavailable. A local workflow brief does not submit an application, reserve access or create a subscription.

A return from a payment page does not prove payment; subscription status is verified by the service. This website does not collect card details.

Changes and availability

Service availability may change or be interrupted. No clinical outcome or uninterrupted access is promised. Access may be restricted to address misuse, security issues or clinic membership changes; restrictions should be proportionate to the reason.

Clinic service contracts and data-processing agreements are separate from these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions and versions

For questions about these terms, contact the workspace owner or inviting clinic administrator through the existing private channel. Do not send patient records or invitation codes with a general enquiry.

The date and version identify these terms. A new version is not evidence of your acceptance. Reading these pages does not create a purchase or record medical consent.
